Still Life with Peaches
The image is symbolic of my family. We moved from Japan more than 10 years ago and I've lived most of my life in the States. The peaches represents the orchards that my family on my father's side own back in Japan. The white cloth depicted was a gift given to my mother when my parents were getting married, thus its role in unifying the still life composition is symbolic of how the marriage led to the two families merging.
