Newspaper headlines and articles of incidents in the past lay next to the dramatic eyes of a boy who will have to live with the consequences of these same events.

We are just an advanced breed of monkeys on a minor planet of a very average star. But we can understand the Universe. That makes us something very special.
Stephen Hawking

Awesome! I love your work!

"Live your art" -made this one up myself. Simple, but true.

What a great idea! This is really intuitive.

I love the idea of the whole thing :)

Awesome work! :)

Was there any way for you to lay the photograph of the boy over the clippings? So it doesn't look so choppy.

Thanks for the comment! The image was created on a computer. I am only 16, the boy in the picture is a close up I took of my youngest brother. The newspapers are clips I took from devastating but influential events in our history.

Around here, however, we don't look backwards for very long.
We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because we're curious.....And curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.
-Walt Disney

This is really cool and very poetic almost. Is this a collage? Was it made on the computer or with actual scraps of paper? Is the photo of the boy one of your own, or taken from the internet? I'd love to know!!!
