I am passionate about my passions because I like the way that they make me feel, I like the feeling of hitting a long drive with my ludicrously long lucky driver. When I am at work I am the monster in the kitchen cooking up food at ridiculous speeds for millions of hungry customers. Helping others in need by volunteering at my churches to pack up food boxes for hundreds of people who are unable to get the food they need makes me feel like a superhero flying around packing boxes and saving people from hunger. I also really enjoy my passions because there is always room for improvement even though I may not be the novice that I once was. I can always learn new tips for my golf swing, a new cooking technique, or a new opportunity to help those in need. If you want to succeed at your passions you need to be able to see and own up to your flaws and mistakes. Being coachable is a big part of being able to improve, achieve your goals, and improve at your passions. When I first started working at Smoke on The Water I was just a lowly dishwasher but I had big ambitions, I always knew that I had a passion for cooking and that I wanted to be a line cook. I spent all summer washing dishes and listening to any advice or tips that anyone gave me. By next summer I had finally been handed the responsibility of being trusted to cook and all my hard work had paid off. It taught me a valuable lesson, if you work hard you can achieve anything.
