I am sitting on a porch at my cabin that is sitting on a lake. I’m in northern Wisconsin in late fall in the first few days of November. I’m all by myself at the cabin and I’m happy and content. The lake is completely still like glass u could have looked at it and swore it was a mirror for how well you could see your reflection. You can hear too loons calling from across the lake and the last song birds sing there last tones before winter comes. The leaves are all changing color and they are starting to fall out on to the water. The leaves are all floating on top of the water like a tiny navy of little leave ships. The lily pads are starting to sink and turn brown.  Everything is changing colors except the pines which just remind you winter is coming.
Out in front of me is a bright green grass lawn with a few tall pines reaching for the sky in the lawn and a stone path leading down to the water. The shore line is mainly a sand bottom with rocks and boulders in between.  U can see all the weeds turning brown in the water as they always do in the fall. There’s a nice varnished wooden dock which the stone trail leads to. Tied up to the dock is a 16 ft. Lund black boat with a 150 hours evenrud engine.
To my left is the woods but before that is my shed. It is full of snap on tools and welding equipment. It has a car lift and storage for my old truck from high school and snowmobiles. The shed itself has sheet metal on the outside that is red.  On the outside of the shed is a Polaris predator 500.the 4 wheeler is bright orange.
To my right are more of a swamp and woods and driveway which lead to the cabin. There on the driveway is a new Chevy Silverado 2500. Behind me is a cabin full of deer and fish mounts.
