Last night I dreamt that I was sitting at my desk in school, my head heavy and looking down. The boring colors of the school floors dulled me even further then all of a sudden, I rose from the cool waters in the beautiful valley of Banff national park in Canada, the water was so clear it looked perfect to drink. Then, rising out of the water, Ryan Reynolds was riding a great white shark. He rode next to me and asked me where I wanted to be. I said I want to go home! So he clapped his hand and all of a sudden, I was in my bed. I sat up to hear Dave Matthews playing from speakers while my dad's album was being played from downstairs. “Feeling your pull” I heard him sing. I walked out of my room and the redolent of big fluffy pancakes filled the air. I looked outside my kitchen window to see big dark gray clouds in the sky, as the rain was pouring down thunder shook the house. I looked at our lawn being flooded with the rain, I saw my dog Layla outside. In a panic, I rushed down to the door, put on my size 12 black Nike tennis shoes, and ran out the door. “Get over here dog!” I shouted as I chased after her. All of a sudden I woke up. Raising my head up fast like a lightning bolt, I looked around. I heard the buzz of my phone, I turned to grab it and saw the words “Good morning Owen” written across the screen. It was from my mother.
