A Night on the Moon
Last night I dreamt I was in the deepest crater of the moon. There was ocean sand tickling between my toes. It was the best place ever, they had unlimited cherry and vanilla Dr. Pepper from Kwik Trip with the little Chick-Fil-A ice.
The notification popped up. There couldn’t have been a better time, “BeReal” 3..2..1..
I slid on my ultra mini ugg pantuflas and drove with Kaden to the restaurant “Heads Up”. Our waitress, Harriett Tubman, brought over my 3 cheese omelet with bacon, sausage and ham. Splat! Right on the ground. Morgan Wallen walked by and shouted ‘Heads Up!” We now realize why it’s called heads up. Kaden wanted me to stay but I told him “Absolutely not! I’ll go wait in the truck”
When I got back to the truck I read my new book, Transcendentalism by my favorite author Colleen Hoover. It is all about the gloomy pond once filled with lots of water but now it's mostly swampy grass. In the little bit of water that is left lives an anglerfish, my elementary teacher told me once that they are the unicorn of the sea. Instead of a colorful horn, they have a lightbulb on their head to help them get around in the dark water.
