If Gravity left us
What would happen if gravity turned off?... chaos... We'd all float away from the comfort of our beds and greet the ceiling to our surprise. The water would float out of our baths and hang in space, the soles of our shoes would kiss the ground goodbye, those in the streets would fly away in mid-step, those too slow to grasp a railing would soar into space. It would be a beautiful chaos. Our lights would blink out into darkness, sirens would be heard in the distance, drifting away... soon... out of earshot, over Main Street, over Cafe Solo, over Gibraltar... into space... And from the comfort of our ceiling, we would greet an upside-down sunrise.
