Hey Peoples this is one of my favorite stories so yeah. My very first basketball game was coming up. I was very excited altho i really had never played in an organized game. One of my friends named john was on my team to. And it was his first game to. My Mom was almost as excited as me. All my life i have loved baseketball. I was very short so that held me back some. But i had speed. The first game was scheduled for friday. And it was wednesday at the moment. I had just woke up to start the day. I made me some breakfast. and then went and practiced for a while. It was a off day for me. I couldn't get nothing to go in. I was worried because i had never had a bad game. I mean i had never played all that much. A little later i was watching tv and i seen this commercial. it was michael jordan. And he said we all have bad days i've missed over 5000 shots. That gave me courage. All i did the rest of the day was pratice. At the end of the day i was super tired. I slept well and woke up the next day and woke up for a practice session. The session was good. We got our jerseys today. I was number 6 and john was number 3. We did lots of drills that day. It was cool playing on a court instead of pavement. Something about basketball was super fun to me i don't know why tho. After i got home i didn't do anything the rest of the day. I woke up the next morning super excited it was my first game. i got ready and everything. The game was about to start. we won the tip-off. they were winning at halftime but we still had a chance. I had scored a few goals. john shot a 3 and gave us some confidence. The score was 38 to 37 at the end of the third quarter. I remembered it the best. they were making tons of shots. I tried to score but i only made one. There was 2 seconds left. I was stressed. I gave the ball to john and he made it. I won my first game. It was super fun. I will always remember that day.
