I am a plastic bag drifting through the wind

I am always making noise. I drift around, not staying down in one place. I can get easily wrapped around a situation and try to resolve it. I float, I tumble, I drift. I don’t break easily. I am durable. I don’t always go where intended but that does not bother me, I just keep on keepin’ on. I never stop and I’m easily blown away. A lot impresses me. I can be a nuisance and can be seen as dirty sometimes. Although it doesn’t phase me I and I just keep going.
