Smoke fills the air and it’s hard for me to breathe; I know he is close but I’m not to sure I am happy about it
“Come back for more honey?”
“How dare you sweet talk me like that!”
“This is a BAR not your kinda place!”
I could not see him very well past the smoke that hung in air, weird music filled my ears and the place smelled of beer and sweat.
“I HAD been dating you for two years and you dare...you dare...”
“You got nothing, don’t worry about what happened last night - I wont tell anyone. Even though we did break up last summer I still think of you Jamie.”
He stepped out of the cloud of smoke, his hazel eyes stared at me calmly and strands of his white hair fell across his face - I was getting the hint of some black strands also I still could not believe he did that to his golden hair.
“Why are you smoking?! And a bar, REALLY, you’re seventeen!”
He covered my mouth with his pale hand - it smelt of smoke and something else I could not name.
“Hush, now what do you want?”
He uncovered my mouth and I glared.
“You know darn well what I want!”
He grinned.
“You still want me don’t you angel?!”
“I want the OLD you, the you I loved, the you you REALLY are!”
“He’s gone get over it hon!”
I knew he was right, why did I even come.
“Sorry I came by!”
“Don’t be!”
He grabbed my arm and pulled me closer to him.
“I miss seeing you, I have been thinking of last summer a lot, and you know, I REALLY want you back.”
“Ha, funny, now back off!”
I pulled my arm away and began to walk out.
“I always get what I want Jamie!”
I bit my lip, boy was he right about that.
