It wasn’t my fault. You left me standing alone in the front yard holding onto Norm just as the mailman pulled up. I am seven years old and weigh only 47 pounds. What did you expect? He pulled me down to the ground and started dragging me across the brick path. It’s a wonder I didn’t let go earlier. Norm ruined my favorite pair of jeans, and it’s all because you left me there with him. I couldn’t stop him no matter how much I wanted to. His strength was superior to mine. I don’t know what it is about mailmen but dogs, especially ours, love trying to kill them. Then again, like an statue, the mailman just stood there watching me getting scraped and pulled. At that point I didn’t care anymore so I let go, and Norm charged toward him. Only then did the mailman start moving. Then you dart out of the front door, sprint past me to stop Norm from attacking the mailman. It’s not my fault I was so weak. I was just the victim.

For some reason dogs love mailmen. I wrote a little excuse to show how I tried to stop a dog from chasing a mailman
