It was finally time for summer. Emilia and Natalia, two beautiful and elegant girls, were preparing to leave for their summer in Cinque Terre, Italy. Emilia and Natalia were from the Upper East Side in New York City, the elite of Manhattan. They summer some place every year together; last year they enjoyed a blissful three months in the beautiful city of Paris, France.  Emilia and Natalia lived about two city blocks away from each other, both on the infamous Fifth Avenue where they could look out their windows and see the Central Park trees, flowers, and plants come to life as summer grew near.

It was the morning of their departure, Natalia called Emilia and said, “Emilia have your driver take you to the jet, we’ll leave from there!”

“Okay sounds good! I’m so happy it’s finally summer!”

Off the girls went; they arrived at the bottom of the long, busy Manhattan land so that they could aboard Emilia’s family jet and make their way to Italy. It was roughly a ten hour flight, but with the luxury of a private jet, it felt like two. Once they were near their destination, they peered out the window and saw the glow of the golden sun against the silhouette of the city and immediately fell in love with their new summer home. The two girls strolled along the old, cracked, beautiful cobblestone roads to find their village hut at the top of a rather small sized hill. Emilia and Natalia settled in and began to get ready for a nice dinner they had planned at Belforte, a majestic sea-food restaurant. Natalia’s golden, blonde, wavy hair blew with the cool, evening breeze coming in from the sea. Emilia’s sleek, beautiful, brunette hair had a natural glow that stayed with her wherever she went.

“Everything looks so good! What do you think you’re going to get?” Emilia asked Natalia as she searched through the menu.

“Emilia, look to your left,” Natalia whispered sharpley.

“Nat, they’re staring at us!”

“Girl, I know...we should invite them to eat with us!”

“Eek, I don’t know...” They are really really cute.

“Come with me, it’ll be fine.” Natalia said as she began to walk over to meet the two tall, incredibly well-dressed, men.

Natalia and Emilia introduced themselves and stated where they were from. The man standing on the left, introduced himself as Lorenzo Bianchi. Lorenzo was wearing navy dress pants with a pastel purple button up top. His hair was a chocolate brown shade and blew faintly with the wind. The man to the right of Lorenzo was Valentino Alfonsi. Lorenzo’s sharp, brown eyes could catch the attention of anyone who looked into them. He was wearing white, summer dress pants with a fitting navy button down shirt. Lorenzo and Valentino wore the finest shoes made custom for them by Bottega Veneta. They both lived in Italy and co-owned a large, successful insurance company. Natalia and Emilia asked them if they wanted to join them for dinner tomorrow; they agreed and asked where they could pick them up at. The girls gave them their beautiful, elegant, summer home address.

The next day, Emilia and Natalia went strolling along the beautifully equipped cobblestone roads and stopped along various village shops.

“Em, look how cute this is!” Natalia said as she held up a charming, yellow sundress.

“Nat, you have to get it for tonight, with this hat!” Emilia said while holding up a floppy sun hat.

“Oh you’re right! What do you think of this top for you?” Natalia asked Emilia.

“Do you think we need a new pair of earrings or did we bring enough?”

“I think we’ll be okay for tonight.”

The evening came around, and Natalia and Emilia began to get ready. Natalia had her lucious, elegant, blonde waves, and wore her new sundress. Emilia wore a short summer dress with a new pair of island sandals. Lorenzo and Valentino arrived at their Italian home in a summer convertible.

“Are we all ready to go?” Valentino asked as he gazed into Natalia’s deep blue eyes.

“Yeah!” I really hope this will be fun.

They ate outside and enjoyed the warm, fresh summer breeze. Once dinner was over, Lorenzo asked Emilia to dance; Valentino and Natalia were soon to follow. They danced the night away to beautiful Italian beach music and began to fall in love. This is what the rest of their summer was. Being with Lorenzo and Valentino. When the end of summer grew near, Lorenzo and Valentino planned to come visit the girls in New York City and check out the business opportunities of Manhattan.

A year and half has passed since Natalia and Emilia spent their summer in Cinque Terre, Italy. Lorenzo and Valentino came to New York and found great business opportunities and decided to buy a beautiful Park Avenue penthouse. Lorenzo proposed to Emilia, shortly after, Valentino and Natalia also planned to get married. They both had classy, elegant, graceful weddings in New York City.

Now, both couples were about to go on their honeymoon in the beautiful place they met, Cinque Terre.

“Val do you think it is okay to fly with the rain?” Natalia asked Valentino.

“I don’t know, I’ll check with our pilot.”

Natalia called Emilia to see if her and Lorenzo were almost ready.

“Em are you guys close to ready?”

“Yeah! We’re about to head out.”

Valentino walked back into room and said,

“Fred said that there is a storm coming in from the east, and that we will have to wait about an hour before taking off.”

“Okay sounds good, I’ll let Lorenzo and Emilia know.” Natalia said as she was walked over to peer out the ceiling high windows.

An hour passed by and Natalia, Valentino, Lorenzo, and Emilia boarded their private jet to begin a trip of a lifetime. They opened a bottle of champagne and flew away to Cinque Terre where it all began.
