Jane,
Jane,
It’s that time again, and I’m surprised that something like this hadn’t of come sooner. I had prepared for this day, and it seems like once you finally get a chance to say something you’ve been planning, you go blank and make up something. Right now you’re sleeping, oft to be plagued by your subconscious, as I am sitting here righting this to you. Sometimes I don’t think it’s fair. It isn’t fair that I sit here and slave every day over your affection and friendship, while if he walks into the room you fall in love all over again. I know how you feel because every day that I see you, that’s what happens to me. I know that you’re in love with him and that’s fine, but I don’t understand why I’m not given a second shot. I’m clean and my life is good again, but the only part that is missing from my perfect life is you. There hasn’t been a day that has gone by that I haven’t thought about you. I miss you.
Regards,
DJL
