I am Autistic
When reading this i get taken back because she is talking about being different and accepting it. Autism for you chloe isnt just something you live with. You made it clear Autism to you is a gift and she says " whne i am my autistic slef i feel free" her saying this means she is embrassing her being different. I can relate to Chloe because i am also different i dont like to bandwagon and do what others do. I like to talk to everyone and try new things, while i feels others my age all do the same thing. I dont know how it feels to be Autistic but i can only imagine. Chloe if flaaping your hands make you feel most alive and makes you happy then please continue to flap your hands. In the article it was mentioned that autistic people are not worthless people with tragic lives and i agree. I believe you and everyone like you are equal to me and others and you are very importanant to society, so thank you Chloe for sharing your story.
