Insult to injury stabbed in the back
Trying to escape with pride still intact
Under the sleeves of her sweater they sit
Gashes and bruises and scars from their hits
Taunting and teasing and snarling alike
What they don’t know is her life ends tonight
One must be careful when dealing with flames
There’s an affect when you call someone names
