Body Language
I can relate to Emma Seybert when she wrote about self confidence in her article. She wrote about a girl being insulted by someone and how she starts to think differently about herself and looses her self confidence. The girl starts to apologize for who she is and her director says "Never apologize for who you are!". After that she gains her self confidence back and moves on. I can relate to this because before i use to take everything to the heart and would depend on other people to make me happy. So this story shows me otherwise so, thank you Emma Seybert for this amazing article.
