I was truly touched by the article “Deacon.” It is true that no one could forget their first kiss. Just reading this took me back to the moment of my own.
I could also relate to how heart-wrenching it is to witness the tragic effects cancer can have on someone. Since being diagnosed with lymphoma myself, I have been engulfed in a community of families with children living with cancer. I understand how hard it can be to see someone who is sick. Thank you for publishing this and all the wonderful articles.
