My Father MAG
The article "My Father," about Jason W.'s father going to war, is very sad. I can sort of relate to what he is saying because of my close friend's dad.
It all started for my friend when his dad had to leave for war. Things got hard and he had a lot of responsibilities to help his mom. Now here comes the sad part, and it's a lot worse than the article in Teen Ink. A few months into his dad's tour of duty my friend got a letter with all his father's belongings. His dad died. My friend isn't as much fun as he used to be, and this article really reminded me of that terrible time.
