A Driving Lesson
In “A Driving Lesson”, a non-fiction story, in the October issue, Josh E, recalls hanging out and minding his own business when his father approaches and ask him if he wants to take a drive in the. It can be found in driving. I could understand that Josh didn’t think anything about it because he thought it was very casual. “Hey, Josh, let’s go for a drive!” he says.
So Josh agrees and as he is walking to the garage, he is in shock when his dad hands him a silver shiny car key. If my dad would have stopped me I would have thought that I was in trouble. Josh then gets in the car and starts it up and begins to back out when his dad suddenly says “Josh, STOP!”. I would have giving up the first time my dad told me to stop. This was a very good story with a lesson well learned.
