Hamocide
Obesity is an issue that plagues the unhealthy lives of Americans. "Hamocide," by Steve, approaches the dilemma that americans face when it comes to quitting their fattening lifestyles. I absolutely agree with Steve's conclusion that Americans should return to Paleolithic ways in which the fattening dressings, seasonings and toppings would be reduced to little or none. Many of the basic foods such as meats, fruits and vegetableshave natural flavors that are satisfying enough without the extra ingredients. If Americans cut back on all of the excess junk that is added to daily meals and snacks, I believe the amount of obese Americans would greatly decrease.
