While reading Teen Ink; community service essay, "She's Only Five" by Alicia Gonzalez captured my sight. I can relate to Alicia Gonzalez when she wrote about Natalia, the five year old girl "I couldn't help, but wonder how she could handle so much. She was only five..." It's true that there are less fortunate people and sometimes I feel like doing something to help them. The truth is that you can only wonder and stand by them. I found Alicia's article extremely moving when she wrote about Natalia, and her perfect family and how every family should have a puppy. This article was so moving that it almost made me cry. And please a big round of applause for Alicia Gonzalez and her article, "She's Only Five." Thank you, Alicia for a such wonderful and touching article.
