shooting a deer
The piece, “Shooting a deer” by Trevin Kennedy caught my attention because a lot of people in my family hunt and I have always wanted to hunt. I have not gone hunting but I think I learned what a responsible hunter is like. I like the idea of it because it shows how he learns how to hunt with a bow and how it is different from shooting a deer. Reading this piece has changed my thinking now and I think hunting is about getting a deer for food, not just for fun, and it takes skill and patience.
