Dear Mrs. Meyer,
I really liked the poem Superhero by Julie Wasiuk. It is true a superhero with out tights is half naked. Maybe the superhero did get dressed in the dark. The first thing I think of when I hear the word superhero is the tights! The lines I liked the most were: “An uncomfortable situation such as this could have been avoided had you, Mr. Superhero, not gotten dressed in the dark.” That really made sense to me because it is really hard to get dressed in the dark. I really enjoy reading your magazine.

I'm Julie.
I wrote the poem "Dark day for a Superhero" which got shortened by TeenInk into "Superhero"
and it makes me so happy that you liked it.
To know that real people (other than my friends lol) actually saw it and liked it is wonderful.
Thank you.
