Right now in America, there is a problem. A problem that affects people around the country. Police racism, which comes to my question. Are Police Racist to African Americans. Some people think that police aren’t racist or they are racist. Police are racist to African Americans because they were stopped the most in 2013, they have gotten poorer and poorer over the years, and racism was stopped years ago, but is still going on today.

One reason I think police are racist is that racism was stopped years ago, but is still going on today. Another reason is that black people had the most trouble with cops in 2013 in Ferguson. According to http://ago.mo.gov. “In 2013, 4,632 were stopped, 562 were searched, 483 were arrested, search rate is 12.13, contraband hit rate is 21.71, and the arrest rate is 10.43. This quote shows that they have a bunch of statistics and facts from 2013. This also shows that black people are getting the most trouble with cops.

A final reason is that life in Black America isn’t getting any better. According to http://www.alternet.org. “Since 2007, the median income rate has declined 15.8 percent. This website shows the truths of racism and police brutality. This also shows that black people are just getting poorer and poorer as the years go on, and is just getting worse and worse today.

In conclusion, police racism should be stopped. My evidence shows that racial profiling and police brutality is bad. This should be able to relate to a bunch of people, especially black people, because they don’t want to go through the pain others have gone through. So lets make a change and stop racial profiling.
