I could relate extraordinary to Angelina Lee’s article, “My Namesnake,” about her hero Angelina Jolie Pitt for being an inspired and eye opening individuals. The actress is amazing behind the screens; hoewver, while reading the article I began to imagine the eye opening and wonderful things I strive for. By reading the text one quote stood out, “I began to feel like I was swimming, not drowning, in a ocean of objects, a sea of people.” (Lee0. This quote opened my eyes to times when I take photographs creating a new world; a place where I am able to have a stress free zone from homework, chores or generally stress of worrying too much. So as I read, I connected to the author’s extreme emotions, thoughts and, feelings towards the topic because, as she noted “... I began to see signs of myself fighting back,” (Lee). I can relate to this because I am able to do the same by creating an image of unique emotions, thoughts or ideas into something abstract. Thank you Angelina Lee for an extreme eye opening impact towards the way I am able to connect to your story, and transform it into an amazing realization about the abilities and opportunities by capturing photographs.
