My mind has been blown by this short story. The title, “Death Waits for No One,” is absolutely perfect for the plot of the story. At first, I didn’t think I would actually like the story at all until the sentence, “You had found no pulse,” peaked my interest. It definitely caused an audible gasp to come out and I suddenly had the need to be completely immersed in the plot. 

Michelle S. created a short story with the perfect amount of suspense, no plot holes, and a lot of great descriptions. The use of second person point of view in the story was executed in a great way. I’m usually not interested in stories that have second person point of view, but I was definitely interested in this one. Overall, “Death Waits for No One,” actually made me interested in reading something during one of my month long reading slump.
