I Am Enough
Kay Lawrence's poem "I Am Enough" is inspiring yet relatable. Although I, myself, am not a singer, I can relate to the poem in other activities such as swim and theatre. When I'm not in the pool or on stage I too feel like I'm just "skin enveloped by [people's] shadow[s]". But once I'm in my zone I feel like it's really my time to shine and show people what I can do. Thank you Kay, for giving everyone a clear visual representation on how most people may feel and that anyone can find a place where they can shine.
