The blustery wind makes the 13 stripes, 50 stars, and the red white and blue ripple in the glowing sky. The heros are the ones dressed in camo  both during the scorching heat of afternoons and during frigid mornings. They spend days and nights with their lives on the line. They are the ones who make it possible for you and I to live the “American Dream” and to be free.

13 stripes. The “Original 13” is where it all began. Founded in 1607  “one nation under God with liberty and justice for all” provided all freedoms.

50 stars. The gleaming, glittering, and glassy stars come together as one, like scattered moondust thrown in the sky. Each represents a different way of life, where our American journey begins and ends.

Red, White, and Blue. The red is blood shed for the ones who died for us. White signifies freedom and purity, and blue perseverance of our soldiers. The three colors of our country.

“And I'm proud to be an American where at least I know I'm free.
And I won't forget the men who died, who gave that right to me,”
the 13 stripes, 50 stars, and the red white and blue is freedom.
