Lockers Are Too Small
On January 16th, 2019, on Wednesday, throughout the hallways, many kids backpacks were sticking out of there lockers. This proves that the lockers at PVMS are too small.
Many kids are struggling to fit larger things in their lockers. Quoted by Alyssa: “Last year the bell rang signaling students to leave their classrooms, and go to their lockers. When I got to my locker and finishes packing my things for the day I had to get my Violin. And as I was rushing through the hallways, and bumping into people, I realized I didn’t have much time left before the buses left. I got my Violin but by the time I got to the office doors, I realized that I missed the bus.”
Also, you can't fit everything a lot of stuff. For example, if you bring to many extra folders or notebooks you can't always fit that stuff in there. Many teachers require that you have to have a certain amount of things, even if you don’t have them that quarter. It is easier to keep everything in your locker so you don't forget it the day you need it.
Many kids are late to class because they can't fit their backpacks and jackets into their locker. Some people get so angry they look like cats and dogs fighting. People slamming lockers in anger.
