Letter to my heart and soul
Dear Grandma Millie,
I hope you are doing great, it has been around four years since you have passed and it feels like I was just with you yesterday. I wish you could come to my graduation to watch me walk the stage because I know that you always wanted to see that. I wish you could see me go to college and see how much bigger I have gotten since the last time you saw me. I wish I could just see you one more time. I wish you could have seen me play all of my hockey games throughout high school. I wish for all of these things to happen, but I know that you'll always be watching over me. I love you and miss you.
Sincerely,
Your Grandson

Hi, My name is Simeon and I am a student in High School. My creative writing teacher, Ms. Jorgenson shared this competition with me. I wrote about all the things that I wish my Grandma saw before she passed in April, 2020. I am interested in this contest because I want to share that my family means the most to me and it hurt me so bad when my Grandma passed because she was the first person I ever lost in my life.
