My Inspiration
Without this one person, I would be nowhere. I would have half the confidence, half the strength, and half the voice I have today. My voice teacher, Maria Hansen, has changed my life and given me opportunities. She has prepared me for the future by teaching me a great vocal technique which I can build off of for the rest of my life. Not only has she been a vocal coach, but she has been my life coach as well. Maria finds a way to intertwine life lessons into her teachings, such as how to calm myself down before a performance and how to make a great first impression. Along with encouraging me to apply to Roosevelt, she encourages me to perform at my fullest. I will always remember Maria Hansen as my teacher, my ally, my friend.
