Metro Diary
I was on my way to school, feeling the frigid cold wind blowing in my face. It was the first day of the week a Monday. The puddle that I saw yesterday was completely frozen, I felt like I was frozen. I felt like I was in the movie Titanic and I was freezing my whole body. I was wearing a long sleeve shirt, a sweater, a jacket, and mittens but I was still cold. In my mind was in everyone else’s, that we were all going to die a slow and frozen death. Right now I was 100 agonizing, cold steps away from school. This just shows you that New York isn’t as warm, pleasant and cozy as you think. Except in the summer when it is really hot!
