Educator of the Year
I remember every teacher that I encounter, but there is one in particular that I love the most. The teacher is Abby Miles, the math and science teacher. She is so “energetic and peppy,” as I said myself. Ms. Miles always sings songs, typically inspired by commercial jingles. One of them goes “little two” inspired by the commercial “I want a Big Mac too.” She does this for the learning to stick in our brains, and it really helps!
Math is my first class, so I get a lot of excitement and energy at the beginning of the school day, which really gets me paying attention and having fun! I feel like I could stick with this for a couple of years and never get tired of the learning experience! I feel like the learning goes on forever, and that when it ends, I will be depressed. I will always remember the love of learning in my life. Thank you, Ms. Miles!!!
