Dear Mr. Karpe- Mr. Stein,

I know myself, and I know in the past I never behaved really well. But ever since I met you in Sixth Grade, I felt like a new person. You influenced me and gave me a lot of moral advice. Your teachings gave me insight on how to become a better person.

You pass down knowledge to anyone who will listen. Not a single other person at this school teaches like you. You pass down everything important to us. A kind man passes down their knowledge to their students, or even anyone who might listen. The atmosphere around you forces people to make better decisions.

You make a person establish a feeling of self-confidence in themself. For some odd reason, I never forget the life lessons you teach us. My mind tells me to keep it because I know it come to use in the future.

Your education style surprises me. It holds very rare to see a style of teaching both enjoyable and useful. Although you tend to joke around a lot and talk about how  terribly you teach, your teaching skills help us understand concepts easier than how other teachers teach. So thank you for all you taught me throughout my years in middle school.

Sincerely,

Ali T.

What inspired me to write this piece is Mr. Stein, my old teacher who always helped me whenever I needed help.
