Reality
You taught me how to be a teenager, to run to the things i love
and away from the things i hate
You taught me what true love really was.
You taught me to care for someone to the point where they are almost a shadow
and everyones worst nightmare
You taught me what pain really was and how lies can be as real as the truth
and that everything comes back to bite you in the ass
youve taught me to take every word someone says as if it is there last
that want becomes need and need becomes obsession
Most of all youve taught me that nothing is ever as it seems and
running away from reality is okay... not knowing when to come back
is what i havent learnt
