Essay Contest: Difference is Key to Change
I have helped my friend through his depression even when it gets to the point of him wanting to die. I have alway made a difference in his life no matter what. I have always made him smile even if he is upset or sad. I always answer his call whenever because I know that I am the only one who understands him and knows what he is thinking or feeling because I will always be there for him because if I know I can make a difference then I will.
I am 16 years old and I am always trying to make a difference. But I still care about myself and How I am doing and if I need to do something because if I can’t make myself happy then I can’t make a difference but I do make myself happy. Throughout thing like my friend are something I am used to because I have been friends with people and it makes me feel sad sometimes but I feel more courage to help them because it is the right thing to do. I am happy if I can make someone feel cared about or worthy then I am happy because no matter what is going on in my life or how bad thing are for me or them I will make sure I can be a shoulder to cry on because everyone need somebody to be there and make a differences in there life because people do the same thing for me.
