This morning on May the 15th of 2023, I woke up at 4am to start my Navlog for flying to Manitowoc, Wisconsin for what's called a Cross Country Flight. I went to the airport to do my preflight and checklists. I then hopped in the airplane and took off towards Manitowoc. When everything was starting to get calm and settled down in the air I started to realize why I love Wisconsin so much, because it feeds my passions. As I flew, I realized many of the airports I fly to what are some of the neatest airports around.

I realized, why would I ever move from this state, it has all I want, Airports.

As I flew over the land, I saw why it's called the Land of the lakes. It reminds me of when our family and relatives would spend days on Pewaukee beach playing in the silty sand or at their lake house wobbling on top of the slippery wet matt. I thought of the time when my best friend Sam and his family took me to go fishing and I had a blast with them.

I again realized, why would I ever move from this state, it has all I want, Airports and Lakes.

As I kept flying to Manitowoc I flew over the Sheboygan area and saw Road America. Yet again, I realized that we have my favorite race tracks that I race on in the U.S. here in Wisconsin. I love racing the Milwaukee Mile where one time my parents were out of town so it was just me and my grandpa at the track working on the car and racing it competitively. And I absolutely love racing at Road America because all of the historic history and the amount of time I spent my life there is just so much.

I again realized, why would I ever move from this state, it has all I want, Airports, Lakes, and Race Tracks.

As I flew over Manitowoc and landed at the airport there, the most Wisconsin thoughts came into my head. Hey I’m at the hometown of the Manitowoc Minute. Charlie Berens is my favorite comedian because he portrays the true typical Wisconsinite very well. I also love when he collaborates with the “You Betcha” guy. Those two guys get my whole family and I laughing. Charlie actually inspired my dad years ago to make old fashions, and now my dad is well known across the racing world for his old fashions funny enough.

I again realized, why would I ever move from this state, it has all I want, Airports, Lakes, Race Tracks, and the best Comedians.

On my flight back I was looking at my VFR Aeronautical sectional chart and I saw Oshkosh Airport on there. I instantly thought of the EAA that happens every summer. The EAA is by far my favorite event in the world because it allows me to show my family and friends inside of the aviation world really well. It has thousands of aircrafts from all over the world and it becomes the world's busiest airport for a week! I remember when I went there for the first time with my father. It was the coolest feeling ever, I even got to meet a paramotor pilot I used to watch on Youtube all the time, Tucker Gott!

I again realized, why would I ever move from this state, it has all I want, Airports, Lakes, Race Tracks, the best Comedians, and the best events.

When I re-entered the Waukesha airspace, I looked over at Milwaukee. Thinking about it now, I believe we have the best city in the United States. I always enjoy going downtown with my friends and family to eat or go to the events in the Wisconsin Center Building. Such as when me and my friend Sam would go to the Midwest Gaming Classics to geek out and embrace the gaming world for hours. Or when my family and I go to the auto show down there to critique the cars on display for fun. Not to mention I am not a baseball guy but we have an awesome Stadium!

I again realized, why would I ever move from this state, it has all I want, Airports, Lakes, Race Tracks, the best Comedians, the best events, and the best City.

While flying past the Brookfield area, I thought about when I would walk through the Home Depot as a young kid with my dad was like the equivalent of being Robin from Batman. I felt like a sidekick that could get any project done with my dad. Our tools to get our projects done were with Milwaukee Tools. Milwaukee tools have helped me achieve beyond what I could have imagined doing as a child. These tools allow me to work on my race car with zero problems. When I work on the race car, I need a brand I can trust with not snapping bolts, studs, etc. I don’t have to worry about these things since I can adjust the power settings. The tools also do not struggle with doing around the house work. They have plenty of power to do what's needed such as construction work and the batteries last longer than what I have experienced with other tool brands. The best part is Milwaukee Tools donated tools to my highschool, Arrowhead High School, and with them as our power tool brand, it just goes to show how great of a tool they are. The quality is beyond its competitors.

I again realized, why would I ever move from this state, it has all I want, Airports, Lakes, Race Tracks, the best Comedians, the best events, the best City, and the best tools in the country.

I got home from my flight around 8:30 AM and decided that I was going to make some breakfast. I started whipping up some eggs to cook scrambled and then I started making some waffle batter. I poured myself a glass of milk and began to eat my breakfast. I sliced up some butter to put on my waffles. I took a bite to eat and thought. Damn…Do I live in the best state in the U.S..

I finally realized, why would I ever move from this state, it has all I want, Airports, Lakes, Race Tracks, the best Comedians, the best events, the best City, the best tools in the country and the best Diary ever to be produced.
