The Feeling of Wind
The word wind makes me feel free and light as a feather. It reminds me of the time I went to the Grand Canyon. As I trudged to the top there was nothing but, the cool breeze of wind to cool us off. It danced around our heels going in and out through our hair. It seemed as if it was singing a calm and gentle song. Swish swosh swish swosh the song kept going. After a while our hair started to join in and dance too. Blowing in our faces and rapping around our ears. When the day was over and the wind calmed down. We stood in the middle of the rocks in nothing but silence. A few minutes later we go home because the beautiful song of wind has now ended.
