How I Became A Athlete
How I became an athlete is a very interesting story. In “How I Became Athlete” By Raymond Pomponio a boy plays baseball for the “Haver Phillies”, “a mediocre” and a “scrappy” team. This was the boys first year playing baseball and started as the worst player on the “Haverford Phillies” and maybe the worst player in the whole league. The by finished with little improvement on his baseball skills in the end. The boys confidence is what “carried” him through his season of baseball playing for the “Haverford Phillies”. My opinion about his story is that his confidence really encouraged him to practice and play baseball to get to the best of his ability, and i admire that about him. One connection that i have with the boy is that i also try to do the best in whatever sport of really anything in my life.
