Future
I don't really know where I'm heading in life. Quite frankly, I don't believe that anyone knows the absolute direction of their future.
We all create some sort of dream, some insuffiecient backdrop of our obscure forthcoming just so we feel reassured about the inevitable. It's ridiculous, really.
It's not like our future has some instruction manual we can write that'll make everything precede so smoothly.
It's simply not like that. It would all be better if we just let life take us where we were meant to be rather than strain against the currents of reality. Then we wouldn't all fall apart every time our prolonged, fantastical futures get shredded to pieces.
