Revel in the Beauty of Mistakes
Looking for a four leaf clover necessitates effort. One cannot, via a passing glance, find a sought after mutation; a four leaf clover. For this reward, one must sit and forget all the problems and concerns of real life and scan the ground for clover. If one has a problem it must be forgotten. A clear mind gives leave to rewards, to joy at finding something as beautiful as an accident of genetics. When one is found it must be met with appropriate feelings. Shriek and revel in it’s majesty, run around showing it to everyone you met on the way, and regain your childhood excitement of things, and as you run away forget that everyone behind you is shaking their heads, wishing you’d grow up.
Fast forward to when you don’t have any time and your life is lived around one person, as beautiful as they may seem. When, on your way to real life, you see a plot of clover you throw your material things down and forget that real life is important. There is nothing better, nothing more valuable, and not anything more amazing than the time it took to find a mistake of nature.
Throw down your shiny things, your books, and revel in the beauty of mistakes.
