Sleep
Nothing says we have to sleep. So why do we? Why does the simple thought of sleep eat us away? Sleep is a dangerous thing that holds untold stories and brings back dreadful memories. It's what brings light to our fears and hides our happiness, placing it deep within the shadows of Hell itself. Too much sleep will make you tired and mad, but yet so will not enough. But when, if ever, can you find that perfect amount of sleep where you wake up rested? I'd rather sleep to much than not sleep at all, but rather not sleep at all than try to find that perfect time frame.
