I really wish I could go visit Disney World again. I went one time, when I was eight years old. It happened to be the one fun time of my childhood, I did not only enjoy it, I enjoyed it with my brothers, and other family members.

It was a surprise vacation for me and my brothers. I remember it like it was yesterday. It was me, two of my brothers, my stepmom, grand mom, and my aunt. When my brothers and I woke up, we rushed to get in the shower, brush our teeth, get our bags and get into the rented minivan. My dad ended up not coming and just told us to go and have fun. When we finally got into the minivan, we noticed it had a TV inside. Unfortunately we only took one movie with us which was Scooby Doo, but we had our hand held game systems (PSP’s & Gameboys) so we wouldn’t be bored on the ride there.

On our way picking up our grand mom and aunt, we sat in the car playing our game. When they finally got in the car, they didn’t do anything but talk our heads off about what we were going to do when we got there. As we’re on the road, we complained about how long it was going to take to get there, how much time we had left, and going to the bathroom. We barely made any pit stops so we had to hold our pee sometimes. Soon, our games ended up dying so me and my brothers ended up arguing with each other about who was going to use the car charger to charge their game first. After we settled the argument, we just watched Scooby Doo. The only thing racing through my mind the words of my stepmom saying that the ride was 18 hours. I couldn’t stop thinking about the fact that we were going to be in the minivan for that long. I was just so excited to just get out and have fun.

We finally got there, but it wasn’t time to have fun yet. We got there around 2PM. Me and my brothers thought we going to get there and go straight to the rides, instead we went to the hotel and settled down. The hotel room was very delicate; it had 3 beds, a flat screen TV and a Jacuzzi in the bathroom. When we looked at the room and settled down, we finally went to the rides and Universal Studios. I really wasn’t into the rides we got on at first, they were boring. Then we went to Universal Studios and we watched Shrek in 3D. The 3D was amazing, it made us feel like we were actually in the movie. After that we went back to the hotel where me and my brothers tried the Jacuzzi. My little brother ended up falling as he stepped out of the Jacuzzi so my stepmom made us get out and made it off limits.

The next day, it was hotter than it was yesterday. We walked around and met Goofy, Donald Duck, Scooby Doo and more. We see very tall men walking around in these things called stilts. After we walked around and took pictures with the Disney mascots, we ended up getting on some log water ride. I was kind of scared at first, but I took the challenge and I do not regret it. The beginning of it was okay, but as we got to the top of the waterfall and dropped, my stomach dropped. The ride went fast and didn’t slow down until it was over. The drop of the ride had to be the best part about it, my body and clothes were so drenched from the water.

The next day we finally packed our bags and left. The ride home seemed much shorter than the ride there, but I was glad. I had fun and me and my brothers were upset that we couldn’t stay any longer. I want to go back sometime soon and do everything different, in a better way.
