A Day A Lesson
“Just tell me where you been,I’m not mad at you.’’ My mom looked so curious when she spoke, I almost told her. I already knew I was gonna get grounded or in trouble. Not any good excuses I could make pretty obvious I went with my friends after school and came really late that my mom got worried. Guaranteed I won't be able to hang out as much as I used to.
So I decided to tell the truth exhaled slowly standing there and said “mom I want to hang out with my friends and didn't really feel like coming home so early.” Her look of worry starting to go away relieved my body, the responsibility I felt In that situation really gave myself and behavior and impact, and learned what it truly means to stand up for your actions and being guilty admitting something.
