It was the year 2009, on September 8, and it was my first football championship. It was a windy day, we were going against the best team in the league, the Colts and they were undefeated. I play for the Chargers and we only lost 1 game and that was against the Colts but we only lost that game by two.
My team was in the locker room getting ready for the game, I played quarterback and I played cornerback. The refs blew the whistle and I was the captain, so they were calling me up to the middle of the field for the coin toss. The ref threw up the coin and called tails, while the coin was in the air and it landed on tails so I told the refs we want defense first.
The game started and my team kicked the ball and we went down field to get the tackle. They had the ball on the 25 yard line and I lined up as corner. On the first play it was a pass and their quarterback threw the ball up in the air and I got the interception, but got tackled on the 39 yard line. We were on offence and we did a pass play but no one was open so I ran and scored a touchdown so we were up 7-0. We kicked the ball again and we got the tackle on the 8 yard line. Then they ran the ball for 40 yards and got tackled on the 48 yard line. Then they ran the ball with their quarterback and I tackled him. It was 2 and 13 and they threw the ball and I got another interception and ran it back for 30 yards. Then I threw the ball to my brother and he caught and scored so we were winning 14-0 with 3 seconds left in the first quarter. We kicked the ball short and got the ball back with 5 minutes left in the second quarter. Coach put me at receiver and threw a screen pass to me and I ran 89 yards. With 5 yards left till we score we ran up the middle and scored so we were winning still 21-0. Then we kicked it off and the opposing team scored which made the score 21-7. With 1 minute left they kicked it off and I caught it and followed my blockers then juked some players and scored a touchdown which made the score 28-7.With 30 seconds left we kicked it and we got the tackle and then they ran the ball and we made the tackle and it was no time left on the clock, so it was halftime.
We came back out of the locker room and we got the ball first.  We got tackled on the kickoff return. Then we ran a halfback pass which means I pitched the ball to the running back and I went for pass and we scored and made the score 35-7. We kicked the ball off and I went down and made the tackle. Then they threw the ball and my brother got the interception and he ran it back for a touchdown so we were winning 42-7 and it was just the start of the 4th quarter. We kicked it off and they scored and made it 42-14. Then they kicked it off and I got it and scored a touchdown again and made the score 49-14 and the Colts forfeit the game.
