The Second Principle of Dharma
The second rule of dharma is saucam. The literal term for saucam is cleanliness. We can and should apply cleanliness into our lives. There are two main types of cleanliness bodily cleanliness and cleanliness of the mind. To have bodily cleanliness we must take a shower every day, clean ou rooms, clean our house, use deodorant etc. This will help us to feel and look fresh and clean. Along with feeling fresh and clean we must have a clean mind. To help maintain a clean mind you should meditate and refresh our mind every day. We should not think about bad things and not things bad of others.
