Meat & Cheese
The sizzle of meat. The freshly cut cheese. The crunch of the shell. If you’re hungry, you might be thinking of a nice taco.
Invented in 1496 by a Spanish explorer, the taco has been around for years, and for good reason! One of the best things about a taco is that you can make it how you want it. Whether you like a simple meat and cheese like me, or prefer all the toppings, the taco has to be one of the greatest food inventions ever. You don’t even need a shell, as there are soft tortillas to use as well.
I first found out about the taco when I was young. From the first bite to the last satisfying crunch, I knew that this was my favorite food. The best part was the fact that I chose exactly what I wanted on it. From then on I started loving these crunchy delights.
That is a little bit about the taco, and why I love it so much.
