Summary:
Raina was born in Chicago, just three months after her family migrated from Pakistan to America. When catastrophe struck and Pakistan was shaken by a destructive earthquake Raina returns to her ancestor's home country to try to save what she can with a volunteer group.
There she meets a young mum of her age looking for her baby boy that went missing in the chaos and a boy five years younger who is now alone in this world with only a grandfather with him who is about to depart from this world.
Fate spins a web that leaves these three people's live altered indefinitely. But wait... will they be able to survive the challenges ahead?
