Behind His Eyes
Summary:
Sometime during the early 1980s, a young man who goes by Miles Wilson is brought to a mental institution by his mother and informed that he has some mental illness. While in the institution, he is tested while his friends Declan and Sophie try to help with this strange time. There are many instances where Miles believes that there is nothing mentally wrong with him and that the doctor is simply using him as a test subject. He develops a plan with his two best friends to escape the psychiatric ward, but in a series of unforeseen events, Declan and Sophie are taken away from him. Miles begins to spiral into a mental state that is worse than the one that he had when he first arrived. Weeks pass before Sophie and Declan come back to Miles, but he is no longer the same. He is more uncontrollable and seeks revenge. The plan that he and his friends came up with was now in place and they were able to intact what they had been waiting to do.
