Stepping Towards Tomorrow
In school everything is about preparing you for the future. Fifth and sixth grade are used to prepare for middle school, but middle school is all about getting ready for high school, then when you are in high school you are bombarded with "well this is how a college professor would do it." so high school becomes all about college. College is to prepare you for your future and your career. Don't get me wrong, it is absolutely important to prepare for the future, but what if we took time, what if adults took time to realize that this is life? Here in our teenage years we are facing life? What if we took more time just for today? Life isn't waiting for us to prepare, it's passing us by each day.
